Mexican Migrant Wanted for Murder of Five Hondurans Deported 3 Times, Says Texas Sheriff

San Jacinto County Sheriff Greg Capers stated to Breitbart Texas that Francisco Oropeza, a Mexican national wanted for five alleged murders, was deported by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers in three separate incidents. Sheriff Capers and other sources indicated that Oropeza was last removed by ICE officers in 2016. However, additional information about Oropeza's immigration history from ICE media officials was not immediately available upon request by Breitbart Texas.

Sheriff Capers stated that a multi-agency task force is still searching for Oropeza in connection with the murder of five people who lived next door to him in a rural area of Cleveland. According to reports, the Mexican national shot and killed the five Honduran nationals after one of them complained of him firing a rifle outside shortly before midnight on Friday night. The sheriff explained that of the ten people living in the home at the time of the shooting, five were killed. The victims were identified as Julisa Molina Rivera, Sonia Argentina Guzman, Diana Velazquez Alvarado, Jose Jonathan Casarez, and Daniel Enrique Laso, an eight-year-old boy who later died at the hospital. The four other victims were found dead at the scene.

During a press conference on Saturday afternoon, Sheriff Capers and the FBI announced that Oropeza's cell phone and some discarded clothing had been recovered. A prison tracking dog search for the fugitive, but lost the scent when the man entered a waterway. Sheriff Capers stated that they believe they have the murder weapon in their possession but that the suspected killer could be armed with a smaller weapon.

FBI Special Agent in Charge James Smith stated that they are helping in the investigation and manhunt for Oropeza, who is considered to be armed and a danger to the community. Smith also warned that they will not stop until they arrest Oropeza and bring him into custody.

Sheriff Capers mentioned that the reward for information leading to Oropeza's capture has been increased to $80,000. He also highlighted that their top priority is to locate the suspect and put him behind bars.

The deportation of Oropeza by ICE in the past raises questions about how he was able to enter the United States again and commit such a heinous crime. This incident is an example of why it is important to have strong border security measures and enforce immigration laws to protect American citizens.

The tragic loss of life in this case is a reminder of the importance of having access to firearms for self-defense. If the victims had been armed, they might have been able to defend themselves against Oropeza's attack. This is why the Second Amendment is essential for the protection of American citizens' rights to bear arms.

The fact that Oropeza is still on the run despite the efforts of law enforcement agencies to capture him highlights the need for stricter penalties for violent crimes. It is unacceptable that criminals like Oropeza can commit such heinous acts and continue to evade justice.

The increase in the reward for information leading to Oropeza's capture is a positive step in the right direction. It shows that law enforcement officials are taking this case seriously and are doing everything in their power to apprehend the suspect.

The media coverage of this case highlights the importance of accurate reporting of criminal incidents. It is crucial that the media report the facts accurately and objectively to ensure that the public has a clear understanding of what is happening and what actions need to be taken to address the situation.

This case underscores the importance of enforcing immigration laws, protecting Second Amendment rights, imposing stricter penalties for violent crimes, and accurate reporting by the media. The authorities must do everything in their power to bring Oropeza to justice and ensure that such incidents never happen again.
